When we say "Ninja Mobile," we mean any games, websites, apps, entertainment content, and services linked to this policy, regardless of how you access, use, or engage with them, including through mobile devices or offline, such as by phone. For example, if you link your Facebook account to your Ninja Mobile account, Meta may share information with us according to Facebook's privacy policy and your privacy settings on Facebook. Meta also shares information with us about your use of our official Ninja Mobile games and specific game fan pages on Facebook. We also collect, for instance, advertising and analytics information from third parties to support our marketing initiatives, enhance the Ninja Mobile Services, and better manage our advertising campaigns.

Internet or other electronic network activity information, including the use of the Ninja Mobile Services (such as timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing time, navigation heatmaps, searches, reference/exit pages, and activity and interactions in our game clients, including chat logs), computer or device (such as IP addresses, unique device ID, processing capabilities, manufacturer and model, language settings and other regional settings, screen resolution, and similar settings), connection to the Ninja Mobile Services (browser type and version, operating system name and version, provider, and preference settings), how the Ninja Mobile Services perform (loading errors and response times), third-party platform and usage data, and advertising and analytics information;

Geographical location, including country, and a general location derived from the IP address;

Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information, including text and audio chat, recorded gameplay mechanics, and related information (sequence of actions and in-game actions);

III. HOW WE USE AND SHARE DATA

Summary: We use and share your data in accordance with the legal bases outlined below to help us provide, operate, improve, understand, customize, support, and market the Ninja Mobile.

D. Communications & Player Behavior

We empower our players to help ensure compliance with our policies (e.g., acceptable use and behavior policies that we regularly publish on our websites, apps, and games) related to certain in-game behaviors. For example, players can report each other and provide information about their activities and actions in the game to help us determine if the reported behavior constitutes a violation of the rules and procedures that apply to player conduct, as well as any resulting consequences (such as temporary or permanent suspensions or chat restrictions).

We also record, store, and reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor voice and text chats, and similar details about optional interactions for a period we deem appropriate to help us, among other things, address disruptive behaviors, improve services, enforce our rules and policies, and the Terms of Service, and promote a more positive community for our players. We engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you, fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., keeping the Ninja Mobile secure), and/or because we have a legitimate interest (e.g., understanding how the Ninja Mobile are used, keeping them safe, and improving them).

We use manual tools and techniques (e.g., allowing you to report such behavior through Player Support tickets) and automated tools (such as machine learning, transcription, and analysis) to support these efforts.

To allow us to monitor compliance with our policies, we have developed models of inappropriate behavior patterns (e.g., abuse, hate speech, cheating, threats, insults, and/or offensive names) that we consider indicative of prohibited behavior. We do this based on an analysis of actual behaviors in the Ninja Mobile. We classify these inappropriate behavior patterns based on their severity, with different consequences (e.g., temporary or permanent account restrictions, communication restrictions, content removal, or limited access to game content) for players based on the severity of their conduct. If another player complains about your behavior, our automated tools use these inappropriate behavior patterns and a rating system to compare your behavior over time with these patterns, and if you engage in inappropriate behavior, make a decision about the consequences of your behavior for you. This helps us primarily enforce our rules and policies, protect the Ninja Mobile, detect and prevent unauthorized activities, and maintain the competitive integrity of our games.

Our complaint procedure may allow you to appeal a decision. In that case, we may provide information that illustrates our rationale and factors that contributed to our decision, as well as some tips on how to avoid repeating this behavior in the future. If you still want to appeal, you can request one of our agents to review your case and reach a final manual decision on the correct outcome, based on the available evidence.

Be kind to other players, observe our policies regarding player behavior (including our Terms of Service), and be careful how you communicate with others!

E. Anti-Cheating and Fraud Prevention

We always seek to offer players a fair, fun, and competitive gaming experience on the Ninja Mobile Services. Our Terms of Service strictly prohibit the use of unauthorized third-party programs that interact with the Ninja Mobile, including mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers, and automation programs. When you create or use a Ninja Mobile account, purchase things from us, play our games, or interact with the Ninja Mobile, we eventually use anti-fraud and cheat prevention technologies (such as anti-cheat software that can run in the background of your device) that can make automated decisions (such as temporary or permanent account suspensions, communication restrictions, content removal, or limited access to game content) based on the data we collect from you or about you (see Data We Collect). We engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you, fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., keeping the Ninja Mobile secure), and/or because we have a legitimate interest (e.g., understanding how the Ninja Mobile are used, keeping them protected, and improving them).

Summary: We allow interactions with third parties to enhance your experience, but our policy does not apply to entities we do not control or instruct, nor are part of our economic group. We cannot guarantee that independent third parties follow the same practices as us, so please read their policies and terms before sharing information with them.

VII. SECURITY

Summary: We are committed to protecting player information and fulfilling our obligations under applicable data protection laws, but we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of all data we collect from you. By choosing to share information with us (or anyone else online), you acknowledge this risk.

We make efforts to protect the security of personal information, such as using passwords and employing technologies like encryption and hashing, control procedures, and firewalls, among other security mechanisms to protect some of the information we collect.

However, please note that no server, communication network, or data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. The Ninja Mobile Services are no exception. We cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted through the Ninja Mobile Services and do not warrant our ability to prevent losses or misuse.

We advise users, at the time of registration, to create a password that includes letters and numbers and not to disclose it to anyone to protect their personal account on the Ninja Mobile. Any access from the user's account is entirely and exclusively their responsibility, even if proven to be carried out by other individuals than the registered user.

It's up to you whether you want to share information with us or not; if you do, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

VIII. UPDATES AND REVISIONS
